Loop is a document-generation and local recordkeeping tool for creating receipts. By using Loop, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information you are authorized to include in documents.
Local Loop accounts
Loop may let you create multiple local accounts or workspaces on one device. These are local data containers, not online authentication accounts. Each account is intended to keep its receipts, customers, saved items, business details and receipt numbering separate from your other Loop accounts.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of business, customer, item, pricing, tax, registration and payment information you enter. Loop does not determine whether a tax applies, verify tax identifiers, provide tax advice or certify legal compliance.
Local storage and backups
Loop is local-first. You are responsible for keeping backups if the records are important to you. Optional backup features are provided as conveniences and may depend on third-party platform services such as iCloud.
Receipts
A receipt generated by Loop reflects the information entered by the user. Loop does not independently verify that a transaction occurred, that payment was received, or that any party is legally entitled to issue a particular document.
Availability
We may improve, modify or discontinue features over time. We aim to preserve local data compatibility where reasonably possible, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery of data that was never backed up.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loop is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and the user remains responsible for business, accounting, tax and legal decisions made using generated documents.
